Summary of Dark Thursday's Plot Party
Project: Assassin, the brainchild of Zamon (Tseia's NPC Dreadlord), has met approval. This will be a brutal training program, developed over a few decades, intended to create deadly human weapons who are irrevocably obedient to their Dreadlord Masters. Low-level Compulsion tied to an intrinsic need, a la Moghedien with Liandrin, will insure loyalty. Once it's written up, other people can create characters that are products of this program.
There are now three factions within the Darkfriends, each led by one or more canon characters:
One is led by Moghedien, based in the White Tower
One is led by Atal, based in the Black Tower
One is led by Liandrin and Alviarin, base TBD.
The Black Tower Faction, aka Shadow Legion, is in disarray from the fallout of Rahlin's Madness, with most of its members dead or scattered.
The White Tower Faction, aka Black Ajah, is still strong. It is possibly the strongest of the factions, by virtue of being led by the only remaining Chosen.
Avyanna is working on bringing Elaira and Ranai into the fold, while Zamira plying her charms on Calina and Gareth. Moranna is tasked with swaying Terron and Shareyn.
It has been proposed that Neserin would be easily drawn to the Dark if she were promised the destruction of the Black Tower.
More Plotting Needed to Fine Tune:
Following the Bonding Ceremony, there will be near simultaneous assassination attempts on the M'Hael and Amyrlin Seat. These attempts will be carried out by two separate factions within the Darkfriend ranks and are basically attempts to "one up" the other; this competition will be the reason both fail. The foiled assassins, however, will only leave clues that point to the other Tower as the culprit, concealing the Darkfriends' involvement while sowing discord between the Towers.
Back Plotting: More Plotting Needed Also
Zamon was recruited by Atal to be his inside man in the Black Tower. The alliance between the Shadow Legion and the Black Ajah leads to the situation with Rahlin. Avyanna worked on Rahlin within dreams, while Zamon served as the M'Hael's personal Healer and confidante, concealing the signs of Avy's work while encouraging the ideas she implanted. Impressed with his efforts, Moghedien, through Avy, warns Zamon of Rahlin's imminent downfall, allowing him to escape the Black Tower unscathed. Moghedien rewards Zamon with a promotion, which angers Atal. But he can't retaliate against Moghedien and instead plots against his former subordinate. Atal discovers Zamon's plot to assassinate Jadin and sets in motion the assassination of Kat, in order to "steal the glory" of eliminating a Tower leader from Zamon.
A huge thanks to Tseia for putting this together!

The Bonding Ceremony has been proposed to be written as an event-style, similar to Bel Tine. One central post describing the ceremony itself, with the potential for others to write "spin-off" threads for their characters as desired.
